I love this little desk and so do my boy’s. They fill those drawers with art projects, school work, and all the little treasures they want to keep. If you’re homeschooling, this desk has plenty of room for schoolwork and books. And that desktop is a large space for getting work done.

This desk was designed for elementary-aged kids. The finished dimensions for this desk are 26″ high, 20″ deep, and 40″ wide. But, you can adjust the height and width for older kids.

I built 2 versions of this desk for my 2 kids. The red version has light blue drawers, flat panels and a 3/4″ Birch plywood top. The blue version has tan drawers, beadboard panels and a 1/2″ Maple plywood top. Customize the panels, top, and colors to design your own desk.

Materials 2x2 boards, 1/2" plywood, 3/4" plywood, 1/4" plywood or beadboard, moulding, and drawer slides
